1. Delivery Scope & Timelines

Where Do We Deliver? We currently deliver to pin codes across all of India.

Logistics Partners: To ensure your order reaches you safely and on time, we ship through trusted courier partners:

Estimated Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 8 working days, depending on your location.

2. Shipping Charges

  • We are providing Free Delivery across India.

3. Important Delivery Instructions

Package Inspection: If the outer packaging appears tampered with, torn, pressed, or damaged upon arrival, please refuse the delivery.

  • Ensure you mention your remarks regarding the damage on the Proof of Delivery (POD) slip provided by the delivery executive.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellation Window

We pride ourselves on quick processing. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 4–6 hours of placement.

  • Therefore, cancellation requests are accepted only within 6 hours of placing the order.
  • Late cancellation requests after the 6-hour window cannot be accommodated as the shipment will likely already be in transit.
