RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Lucknawi Kurti, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we are here to help, provided the terms below are met.

1. Policy Timeline & Eligibility

We operate a strict 3-day (72-hour) return and exchange window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In the exact condition it was received.
  • Completely unworn and unused.
  • With all original tags firmly attached.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

⚠️ MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO ⚠️

Please record a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video while opening your parcel.

  • This video is mandatory for raising any disputes, return requests, or exchange requests related to damages, missing items, or incorrect products.
  • Requests submitted without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

2. How to Raise a Request

To initiate a return for damaged/incorrect products or an exchange for eligible items, you must email us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include the following details in your email:

  1. Order ID
  2. Mandatory unboxing video
  3. Clear images and/or video with audio showing the issue with the product
  4. A brief description of the issue

Once we receive your request, our team will review the details and guide you on the next steps. Please do not ship any product back until instructed by our team.


3. Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within the 3-day window with the required video, audio, and image proof so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it accordingly.


4. The Exchange Process Details

If you need to exchange an item for size issues, please note the following process terms:

  • Timing: You must raise the exchange request within 3 days of delivery.
  • Exchange Fee: An amount of ₹100 per article will be charged to process your exchange.
  • Value: Exchanges are available for items of the same price or a higher price than the previous order.
  • Frequency Limit: Size exchanges will only be done once per order. Multiple exchanges for products on the same order will not be entertained.
  • Exclusions: Previous exchange orders are not eligible for another exchange.

Pickup & Processing:

  1. Reverse Pickup: We will attempt pickup twice. Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your area pin code.
  2. Failed Pickup: If the courier is unable to pick up the shipment after two attempts, or if your pin code is non-serviceable, you must self-ship the product as per the instructions below.
  3. Timeline: Once the product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection. Upon approval, we will dispatch your requested new size within 1–2 working days.

5. Self-Shipping Instructions

If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, please courier the product(s) to the Lucknawi Kurti warehouse address below.

Requirements for Self-Shipping:

  • Ensure items are packed securely to prevent transit damage.
  • Mention the Order ID and Registered Mobile Number clearly on the packaging.
  • All items must be unused with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Recommendation: We strongly recommend using Speed Post by Government of India, as it has the widest network in India.

6. Refund Policy

Lucknawi Kurti only accepts returns and provides refunds for items that are received damaged or incorrect.

  • We do not provide returns or refunds on products once sold and delivered if they match the product as displayed on our website.
  • No refund will be provided for change of mind, dislike of product after delivery, or incorrect size selection by the customer.
  • For sizing issues, please refer to the Exchange Process mentioned above.
